Debby Leaves Behind Beach Erosion

Geologists near the Florida gulf coast say Debby caused some major beach erosion, making it the worst they say they have ever seen.
Debby dumped several inches of rain along the coastline of the Gulf of Mexico.
The storm moved inland after 48 hours over the gulf.
The erosion is causing hundreds of thousands of seashells to wash ashore along the Florida coastline.
