The Dale County Courthouse is getting a facelift for the New Year.
Renovation plans are approved and set to start in mid January.
Changes include changing out all windows and doors.
Also, visitors to the building will go through one entrance.
Other plans include fixing the bathrooms and the building's pipes.
"All this new system will be on timers and we'll be able to program it when we have a three day weekend we won’t' have heating and cooling running," said Chairman Mark Blankenship
Dale County officials expect a $94,000 a year savings after renovations are complete.
