If you’re looking for some family fun this weekend before Easter, you may not have to go far.
Three churches from the town, Cowarts Baptist, Faith Baptist, and Grandview Baptist are putting on a spring carnival.
It will start at 11 am Saturday at Cowarts town hall.
The carnival is free, and so are the hotdogs they'll be grilling.
And they'll have lots of events set up for the kids.
"We’re going to have inflatable’s for bouncing play, we are going to have a lot of carnival games, and you can make your way around to the walking train in Cowarts, we'll also have an egg hunt that will begin at 1:30." Pastor Kevin Freeman said.
Lifesouth will be out there so if you’re in the giving spirit after having some fun, they'll be looking for donations.
The Houston County sheriff’s Office will also be out there.
