Covenant hospice volunteers are learning the ins and outs of hospice care.
They took classes today from 9A.M. to 5 P.M.
They learned how to go into a home with a patient, how to approach situations and what to expect.
More than 200 volunteers signed up.
Their work can help give full-time caregivers a break.
