U.S. Bank National says a 29 million dollar loan that was going towards building Country Crossing and Center Stage isn't getting paid back.

The Cooperative District met tonight to discuss it. But no one can seem to agree.

The bank says no one's following the rules.

The Cooperative District voted to stop collecting money at the complex

Those collections were supposed to pay back that bond.

Board members say they want details of what's going on with the project's finances

Dothan attorney Mike Gamble is representing Country Crossing and says the board is faced with three lawsuits, has no funds to pay lawyers and no funds for operating costs.

They will reconvene next Friday at 7a.m. to discuss further options.
