Dothan, AL -- Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s newest, fast-casual restaurant concept, announced the site selection of its new franchise in Dothan. The new restaurant will be located in the Houston Centre at 3850 West Main St., Unit 402, Dothan, AL 36305.
“We have been enormously blessed with franchisees who share our passion for the Chicken Salad Chick concept and want to find a home for it in their communities,” says Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick. “This new location is helping establish the Chicken Salad Chick community in cities throughout Southeast.”
The Dothan restaurant, opening September 2013, is owned by The Wishbone Group. Becky Roland, of the Wishbone Group, currently owns and operates a Chicken Salad Chick in Northport, Alabama and is excited to open her second of four total locations. Two additional locations owned by The Wishbone Group will be opening in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in the future.
“We are so happy to be bringing the very BEST chicken salad that can be found anywhere, to Dothan!” says Becky Roland. “We believe that the Wiregrass residents will love Chicken Salad Chick as much as we do and we can't wait to share it with them! The only problem they might have is which one is their favorite!”
“Kevin and I are so grateful for the enthusiasm and love people have shown for Chicken Salad Chick in their own communities,” says Chicken Salad Chick Founder Stacy Brown. “The fact that our customers want to own their own Chicken Salad Chick is affirmation for us that we are touching lives. And that is our goal every day.”
“The chosen location on West Main Street is perfect for us to showcase our brand to both our loyal customers who have been waiting for us to come to town and those who have yet to enjoy the Chicken Salad Chick experience,” said Kevin Brown. “This convenient location, along with our other stores opening in the next few months, represent a very exciting time in the young life of our company.”
