Changing Plea

A Troy man has withdrew his blind guilty plea in a burglary case.

Christopher Barrow is charged with third degree burglary and has been in jail since last May, when he allegedly broke into a former police officers apartment and stole a flat screen TV.

He entered a blind plea, which means he was not planning to present his case in front of a jury and was willing to be sentenced at the mercy of a judge.

But barrow changed his mind. And that changed plans for officials dealing with his case.
