Alabama Republicans are trying to get votes the old-fashioned way.
State party chairman Bill Armistead says the group will be sending volunteers to go door-to-door in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio.
They'll be called the "battleground patriots" and will target households who haven't made up their minds.
"There is nothing that can replace the human touch. We know when we go to a neighborhood and voters undecided, and we say we are here for Governor Romney and give them a brochure and asked them to vote, if they haven’t made up their mind, then we get that vote." State party chairman Bill Armistead said.
Anyone can volunteer to be part of the battleground patriots, or contribute money for their trip.
