Bikers revved up their engines Saturday morning for a good cause.
The Benefit Poker Run raises money for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Studies show more than 300,000 soldiers will suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.
The organization supports research for that disorder and offers programs to nurture the mind and body.
Participants say this is the best way to show their gratitude.
"I'm taking part because anything that's benefiting wounded warriors or anyone that's given their life and compassion for this country, I whole-heartedly believe in," said Poker Run Participant Susan Turcotte.
More than half of the proceeds will benefit the national Wounded Warrior Project.
