MONTGMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley will join other state and local leaders to make an announcement about new jobs coming to Greenville.
Details concerning the new economic development project will be announced by the governor and other officials at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the old West Point Building on Glendale Avenue in Greenville.
On Friday, the governor will be at the Marriott Grand Hotel and Conference Center to speak to the 2013 annual meeting of the Warrior Tombigbee Waterway Association at noon.
Bentley will talk about the accomplishments of the 2013 legislative session. He will also talk about issues effecting state government including economic development and job creation.
