CAMDEN, Ala. (AP) - Former state Rep. James Thomas is to be arraigned in Wilcox County on charges he sexually abused a 17-year-old student at Wilcox-Central High School.

Thomas is scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Wednesday by Wilcox County District Judge Jo Celeste Pettway.
