Another tenant will soon lease space at the Dothan Regional Airport.
Airport officials say a helicopter company has verbally agreed to lease one of the airport's hangars.
The lease will last 6-months to a year.
Officials say the company already has a facility where they do production work so they will only use the hangar to store aircraft.
"This is just sort of a temporary thing. It'll fill up some hangar space which is good because it's bad for a hangar to sit empty anyway but it'll get somebody in there, get a little rent generated, help them out, help us out, that's good for everybody," said Dothan Airport Director Art Morris.
The company's name will be released after the lease is signed.
It's expected to start using the hangar in the next week or two.
Airport officials say they will continue to market the empty buildings at the airport to other companies.
