More than 300 acres of Alabama’s Talladega National Forest have burned in a wildfire.
Officials say more than 500 acres could burn before firefighters are able to get it under control.
A few homes are located near the edge of the fire, but fire officials say they're not in danger.
Authorities believe someone started the blaze on Sunday.
However, it's unclear if it was intentionally set.
