An Alabama woman is accused of threatening children at a daycare with a loaded rifle.
Police responded to the Scottsboro Daycare on Tuesday, after a teacher saw Michelyn McNeal, 48, in a neighborhood yard with a gun.
Students said McNeal threatened to shoot them if they let a football hit the adjoining fence again.
McNeal was arrested Wednesday and charged with making a terroristic threat and menacing.
The daycare was put on lockdown for the past two days, kids were not allowed on the playground and no one was allowed to come inside without permission.
The daycare also plans to make adjustments to the fence between the woman’s lawn. It also plans to install a tall privacy fence.
