HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Police have charged a 19-year-old in a fatal May traffic accident after toxicology reports suggested he was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana at the time of the wreck.
Authorities have charged Isaac Holdsambeck with one count of reckless murder and three counts of third-degree assault.
On May 2, Holdsambeck was driving a Ford F-250 pickup with four passengers when the truck left the road and hit a tree before flipping over just above the waterfall of the Hampton Cove subdivision entrance.
The wreck killed 16-year-old Mohammad Fulladi, who died of his injuries on June 11.
