MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - The commander of Gov. Bob Riley's task
force on gambling has asked a Macon County judge to immediately
lift his order that had blocked any raid at the Victoryland casino
at Shorter.

Task force commander John Tyson said he filed the motion Monday
in light of the Alabama Supreme Court's ruling that overturned
Young's order and sent the case back to Young to dispose of the

Tyson said if Young grants the motion, the task force could
immediately raid Victoryland, which has more than 6,000 electronic
bingo machines. It's the only non-Indian casino still operating.

The Supreme Court's ruling Friday overturned Young's finding
that Tyson did not have the authority to conduct raids without the
consent of local officials.

Tyson needs to go see about his County and take care of it many Killings going on there.I would think that would be more important then Bingo.Riley and Tyson are both snakes and the Indians can not be removed from Alabama or shut down the Bingo ..E- Bingo will be here no matter what goes or comes.

Go Tyson Go,If it's against the law, do your job. Now lets work on the Indians. If the Federal law says the Indians can have a casino, OK. But does the law permit Non Indians to gamble on Indian land.

Why wait on an alledged "BOUGHT" judge to do what the Supreme Court already says can be done. Just go ahead and enforce the Conststution, which holds that gambling is illegal in the State of Alabama. But then, Macon County would be denied the less than 1% of Uncle Milt's money that he donates soooo unselfishly to Macon County. What a humanitarian !!!!!!
