A Dothan man is behind bars.
He is accused of setting fire to Poplar Head Bar and Grill.
26-year old Joshua Allen Garzarek faces 2nd-degree arson charges.
Shay Davis, co-owner of Poplar Grill, believes it stemmed from a domestic dispute with Garzarek's ex- girlfriend who works at the restaurant.
Davis estimates the fire caused $15,000 in damage to the kitchen.
"It was solid black, it burnt every wire around. We spent all day getting smut off the walls. We have to do some rewiring,” says Davis.
Poplar Head Bar and Grill is open, but the kitchen will remain closed for one month.
