The Southeast Alabama Medical Center is hosting its first Farmer's Market today.
It's part of the Work Life team's new mission to provide wellness in employees' home life and work life.
The Market is open every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 2:00-6:00pm.
It’s located on the side of the Child Development Center.
"We want to help our employees become healthier. They care for people everyday, and this is a way that the medical center shows that we care about our folks to,” says Kay Shope, Supervisor at the Child Development Center.
Farmer's Market organizers hope to add organic products to their selection soon.
