Three face charges after Dothan drug bust

Dothan, AL- Three people are in custody today facing drug trafficking charges.

During a news conference this morning, Dothan's Police Chief and the Houston County Sheriff answered questions about four ounces of crack cocain seized during a raid on a Dothan home.

Officials say they also found body armor, guns, rifles, $750 in cash, a 2008 Lexus IS 250, and marijuana.

Three suspects were arrested at the home, located on Sturgeon Court.

The three suspects were identified as 25-year-old Adrian Terrell Jones, 28-year-old Dwight Anthony Reeves, and 30-year-old Passion Latrese Jackson. All three are Dothan residents.

Chief Chief Greg Benton of the Dothan Police Dept said, "It's a substantial amout of drugs and a substantial amount of firearms...It makes me feel better knowing this is off the street."

Police also say children were in the home at the time of the raid, therefore, both Reeves and Jackson are facing additional charges.
