2 found hog-tied, charged with Ala. robbery

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Police responding to a report of a robbery found two men tied up with electrical cords - and arrested them on charges they were the robbers.

Montgomery Police spokesman Capt. Keith Barnett says seven people told police the two entered their residence through an unlocked door.

Barnett says the residents told officers that 17-year-old Eric Taylor, who had a gun, demanded they drop to the floor.

They say 23-year-old Jasmine Williams started to sexually abuse a female resident when another victim noticed Taylor's gun had no magazine.

Barnett says the residents overcame the two, tied them up and called police.

Each is being held on seven counts of robbery.
