Authorities in Bay County, Florida say a man suspected of operating a meth lab turned himself in Sunday
51-year-old Larry Goodwin faces several charges including attempted manufacture of methamphetamine.
Investigators say on Friday, Goodwin’s meth lab exploded and he fled the scene on a motorized wheelchair.
His wife was burned in the blast and is being treated at a local hospital.
Authorities say Goodwin and his wife were "cooking" meth when the lab exploded.
