A local attorney who paid for a 3 half page ad in the Dothan Eagle says he wanted to express his concern about electronic bingo in Houston County.
Michael gamble says he was born in Houston County and wants to do what he feels is best for the area.
The ad is a message to local elected officials and says "tell the whole truth" about gambling in Alabama.
Attorney gamble says Electronic bingo machines are illegal in the county because they are slot machines.
"They continue to perpetuate this idea, this notion that somehow there is a loophole, some sort of means whereby this casino gaming operation is legal, and it is not" says Gamble.
Houston County Commissioner Mark Culver says the commission is confident on their legal standing.
