Alabama fisherman falls off boat and dies

ATHENS, Ala. (AP) - Limestone County authorities say an Elkmont
man on a fishing trip with his wife fell into the Elk River in
Limestone County and died.

Sheriff's investigator Capt. Stanley McNatt says 68-year-old John Thomas Harbin's body was pulled from the river Tuesday afternoon.

McNatt says Harbin was fishing with his wife from their bass boat when he fell over the side and was unable to make it back.
