3 indicted in killing of Alabama teen

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - A Mobile County grand jury has indicted three teenagers on murder charges in the driveby shooting death of a 15-year-old boy.

The three are 17-year-old Montraell Lockett, 16-year-old Tahree
Alex Mims and 16-year-old Jakaria Jacobe Fox.

The indictments stem from the fatal shooting of 15-year-old
Markel Anderson outside a community center in Mobile's Touminville
area on April 17.

Prosecutors linked the gunfire to an ongoing dispute involving
two groups of teens, and said Anderson was an unintended victim.
