BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Richard Scrushy's fleet of 19 vehicles
is going up for auction to help pay off a $2.9 billion verdict
against HealthSouth Corp. founder stemming from a huge fraud at the
Luxury cars including a Rolls-Royce and a Bentley will be on
sale Thursday at a wrecker company in Birmingham. Attorneys expect
the auction to generate hundreds of thousands of dollars to help
pay off the court judgment against Scrushy.

Sheriff's officials say almost 600 people have registered to
bid. Scrushy won't be in the crowd: He's serving time in federal
prison for bribery.
