MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - The U.S. Coast Guard has rescued two boaters
in waters south of Mobile.
A Coast Guard plane found 53-year-old Michael Lyons clinging to
the hull of a 16-foot catamaran around midnight Saturday about 12
miles south of Mobile.
A helicopter spotted his brother, 55-year-old Stephen Lyons, about four hours later.
Coast Guard spokesman Tom Atkeson says that Stephen Lyons fell
overboard, and that the vessel turned over when his brother attempted to turn around and get him.
He says neither man was injured.
