Johnson is urging Gov. Bob Riley to review a nearly $13 million
computer contract that went to a business without a phone number,
Web site or business address.

temporarily held up by a legislative panel that also questioned it.

contract, and Riley aides say they expect the governor will sign
Johnson, a former Ribley cabinet member whose agency oversaw
