GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Guntersville Police say they are investigating the death of a 38-year-old man whose body was found next to his motorcycle in another family's yard.

Marshall County Coroner Marlon Killion identified the man as Thomas Scott Queen of Guntersville. He said the body was sent to the state forensics laboratory in Huntsville for an autopsy.

Killion said it did not appear that the man was involved in a wreck, and that preliminary findings show the man died between 1:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Sunday. Residents at the home discovered the man's body about 10 a.m. as they were leaving for church.
