MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Police say a 15-year-old girl has been charged with manslaughter after accidentally shooting one of her friends in a west Mobile home.
Mobile police spokesman Cpl. Charles Bagsby says the girls were
playing with the gun about 4:30 p.m. Monday when one pointed the
.357 Magnum at her friend and pulled the trigger.
The gun discharged, hitting the girl in the head.
The victim was airlifted to Providence Hospital, where she was

The shooter was taken to Strickland Youth Center.
