DA taps 3 to handle Mobile juvenile sex cases

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - No charges have been filed against Giardini, who handled the district attorney's office responses to some 1,000 complaints a year.

Tyson spoke Thursday at the Child Advocacy Center, where many
young victims of sex crimes are taken. Tyson said it is "business
as usual" at the center, and that no misconduct is believed to
have occurred there.

A federal judge has sealed the search warrant used in Saturday's
FBI search. Giardini's attorney says he doesn't know what the FBI
looked for.
