CENTRE, Ala. (AP) - Cherokee County authorities are working to
identify a body found in a vehicle over the weekend.
Bobby Don Rogers, the county coroner, said the decomposing
remains were found by people riding all-terrain vehicles on County
Road 175 Saturday.
Rogers said he's positive the remains are those of a female. He
said an identification could be known sometime Tuesday.
