3 teens charged in slaying of Mobile pizza driver

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Police have arrested three teenage boys in the robbery and fatal shooting of a pizza delivery driver in Mobile.

Police arrested 17-year-old Marvin Ladominick Davis, 16-year-old Joshua Tavarius James, both of Mobile, and a 15-year-old juvenile
early Saturday.

Police spokeswoman Jackie Bridgeforth said all three confessed.

The pizza delivery driver, Ngoc Dinh Nguyen, was killed when shot
in the back Friday night, only blocks from the Domino's Pizza store
where he worked.

Davis and James remained in Mobile Metro Jail on Monday morning,
charged as adults with murder and robbery. It was not clear if they
had a lawyer.

Bridgeforth said the 15-year-old was being held at Strickland
Youth Center.
