Ala. gets $1M in recovery funds for Mobile airport

WASHINGTON (AP) - The agency announced Friday that the Federal Aviation Administration will provide the funds as part of the effort to
boost the state's economy by providing jobs.

The FAA money is being distributed to qualified airports based on a project priority system addressing safety, infrastructure, and ceasing of environmental impacts.
