OZARK, AL – Congressman Bobby Bright announced today that two new district offices are open in Opp and Ozark.
Teresa Jernigan is the caseworker assigned to the new offices and she will be able to assist constituents with their questions and concerns.
“I am very pleased to expand constituent services in the Wiregrass by opening an Ozark and Opp office” Bright said. “My staff and I are here to serve and assist you with issues ranging from the Veterans Administration to Social Security. I encourage constituents in the Wiregrass to contact me and my office with any concerns that you may have. Teresa Jernegan will be a valuable resource for the people of Ozark, Opp, and the surrounding areas and I am very happy to have her on board in the office.”
The district offices are able to help constituents with federal agencies, including the Social Security Administration, the Veterans Administration, Medicare, and the Internal Revenue Service.
Additionally, high school students interested in attending one of the Service Academies should call one of the district offices.
Congressman Bright’s offices are also able to assist non-profits, local governments, and small businesses with federal grants and loans.
The Ozark office is located at 275 North Union Avenue and can be reached by calling (334) 445-4600. The Ozark office will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The Opp office is located at 101 North Main Street and can be reached by calling (334) 493-9253 or by fax at (334) 493-0370. The Opp office will be open on Thursday and Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
On Mondays or days when the Ozark or Opp office is not open, constituents are encouraged to call the Dothan office at (334) 794-9680.
