FOLEY, Ala. (AP) - Police have arrested 45-year-old Danny Ray
Janish of Foley on a charge that he placed a 911 call saying that
he was robbing a Wachovia Bank branch and holding hostages.

The call was made from a deactivated cell phone. Police found
the phone used to make the call at Janish's home.
On Tuesday, Foley police with drawn guns surrounded the bank on

building before determining that the call had been a hoax.
