MOBILE, Ala. (AP) -- Three offices are opening in Alabama to accept claims from people who suffered damage during the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
The lawyer overseeing the process, Patrick Juneau, said 18 locations across the Gulf region will open simultaneously Monday.
Juneau said his office will serve people and firms that were affected by the environmental disaster. The offices in Alabama are located in Gulf Shores, Bayou La Batre and Mobile.
