HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) -
Jurors deliberate Monday on a penalty
for Jamal Roydrick Woods, who was convicted of capital murder in
the fatal shooting of two men at T.G.I. Friday's restaurant in
Huntsville in December 2006.
Jurors will recommend either death or
life in prison without parole, but that decision isn't binding on
Madison County Circuit Judge Laura W. Hamilton.
