BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Authorities in Birmingham are working to
learn the identity of a person who died when a house went up in
flames on New Year's Eve night.
The fire erupted at about 10 p.m. Wednesday at a house on 35th Street North.
Investigators have not determined how it started.
