Criminal suspect flees courthouse in Birmingham

He escaped Wednesday shortly after 10 a.m.

Tall had been scheduled appear before a judge on failure to
appear for several criminal charges, including three counts of
attempted murder. He was being held without bond.

Christian said Tall made his getaway after he was allowed to go
the bathroom unsupervised. He said the prisoner's jailhouse
clothing was found on the bathroom floor.
