MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - All U.S. veterans and active members of
the U.S. Armed Forces won't have to pay entry fees at day-use sites
in Alabama's four national forests on Tuesday.
Forest Supervisor Meira Nagy says the invitation is in honor of Veterans Day.
Vets and their families can enjoy free outdoor recreation activities at Bankhead, Conecuh, Talladega and Tuskegee National Forests.
