Jamaican employees at Cinram Housing in Huntsville, are receiving
financial settlements after a federal housing probe of substandard
living conditions and high rents.
According to some, the settlement was not enough.
The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development received
written complaints from twenty one foreign workers out of more than
eleven hundred brought to Huntsville to work at Cinram's DVD plant
over the past year.
