Enterprise is getting about 200 helicopter maintenance jobs in the next year-and-a-half.
The company plans on building a large facility at the Enterprise Municipal Airport.
Alabama Aircraft Support President Ronnie Kearns and Mayor Kenneth Boswell took part in a signing ceremony.
Within the next year and a half, Alabama Aircraft will have built a 60,000 sq ft hangar at the Enterprise Municipal Airport.
It performs military and civilian helicopter repair work, and once operational, it will mean 200 new jobs.
"On behalf of the City Council and the citizens of Enterprise, I want to thank you on being the latest corporate sponsor. Ladies and gentlemen let's give them a round of applause," said Kenneth Boswell.
Alabama Aircraft Support Representative say Enterprise was one of a dozen Wiregrass and Northwest Florida cities looking to land the company.
The company CEO says the aviation training at ESCC is very important in choosing Enterprise to set up shop.
The company is expected to have a $10 million impact on the Enterprise economy.
Next month, Governor Robert Bentley is expected to participate in a formal groundbreaking.
