2 Eufaula Men Arrested on Dothan Theft Charges

DOTHAN, AL - On November 30, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made two felony arrests following an ongoing investigation. Police learned that Travyuis Cokley and Akeem Cunningham placed a fraudulent order with a local business for items they attempted to then pick up by posing as employees of a construction company. Investigators say both were arrested bringing the case to a close.

•Travyuis Cokley, black male, 38 years of age, of Eufaula, Alabama was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft by Deception with a $10,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Akeem Cunningham, black male, 22 years of age, of Eufaula, Alabama was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft by Deception with a $10,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
