A Houston County man accused in a 1981 murder, likely won't go to trial until 2015.
60-year-old Nathaniel Dennis was arrested last year after DNA linked him to the fatal shooting of Earnest Douglas.
Police say Dennis killed the victim during a robbery at a Dothan gas station.
Presiding judge Michael Conaway agreed to a pre-trial hearing to determine the admissibility of two pieces of evidence.
They are a stocking and a hair found inside that stocking.
