HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - A man is facing an assault charge after Huntsville police say he cut his brother-in-law's face with a pocket knife over a football game this weekend.
Police said 49-year-old Andrew Oakley fled the scene late Saturday night and was tracked down by a police dog.
The victim was treated at Huntsville Hospital. His name was not released.
