The 2010 Parade of Homes began Friday.

The event showcases more than 40 houses around the area with 10 different builders.

“It is free, the doors are open, a lot of the homes will have the builders and the realtors in those homes some of them will not, the doors are open. You can go in and make yourself at home, walk around check it out and look at the stuff,” said Tommy Tolleson, Chairman of this year’s Parade of Homes.

The event picks up Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You can also view homes Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Residents can pick up a list of the homes at the Dothan-Area Convention and Visitors Bureau on Ross Clark Circle.
