A truck drives down South County Line Road. Georgia’s Department of Transportation is developing a proposal which would help counties fund transportation projects.

Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for 15-20 year olds.
A local driving program seeks to reduce the number of wrecks while increasing teens' defensive driving skills.
The Collision Avoidance Training Program takes teens and puts them in simulated situations to show them the proper way to handle a hazard.
The two day program matches each teen with a certified driving instructor.
The collision program works with both the Troy and Dothan Police Departments and the Dale County Sheriffs Office.
