Enterprise — A two vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Coffee County claimed the life of an Enterprise man. Ladon Brannon, 27, of Enterprise was killed when his 1996 Geo Prizm collided with a 2008 Ford Fusion driven by Kimberly Hutcheson, 26, of Andalusia.
The initial investigation indicates that Mr. Brannon was traveling on College Street when he failed to yield to Mrs. Hutcheson’s vehicle that was traveling on Boll Weevil Circle. Brannon was pronounced dead at the scene by Coffee County Coroner Robert Preachers. Myong Brannon, a passenger in Brannon’s car, was transported to Enterprise Medical Center where she is listed in critical condition. Hutcheson was also transported to Enterprise Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
State Troopers continue to investigate the crash that occurred at 3:15 p.m. about 1.5 miles south of the Enterprise city limits.
