From the Troy Police Department:
Members of the 12th Judicial Drug Task Force and the Troy Police Department Emergency Response team executed a search warrant Friday on the 100 block of Crowe Street in Troy at approximately 1:30 p.m., according to information released by Chief Anthony Everage.
Four black male Troy residents were arrested during the search, where drugs were found in the residence.
The reason the warrant was issued was to search for drugs at that residence, said Troy Police spokesman Sgt. Benny Scarbrough.
Demetrius L. Woods, 22; Castillo Suddith, 24; and two minors, all of Troy, was arrested at the scene.
The names of the minors were not released due to their possible eligibility for youthful offender status. Their ages are 18 and 19.
All four have been charged with felony charges of possession of marijuana first degree and possession of a controlled substance.
Officers confiscated marijuana, scales used in weighing marijuana and Loritab synthetic narcotics from the scene. This case is still under investigation by the DTF and TPD.
The four suspects were taken to the Troy City Jail and later transferred to the Pike County Jail, where their bond is set at $15,000 each.
