If you're thinking L-A, guess again.
It's actually Honolulu.
Drivers there waste about 58 hours a year sitting in their cars.
That's according to the new annual scorecard by traffic information services provider, INRIX.
L-A came in second.
The new report also shows congestion in Honolulu, L.A. and some other cities has dropped 30 percent because of people with no job to go to and high gas prices.
